  1. Orders are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours after confirmation, depending on the vendor and product availability
  2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day
  3. Some products may require additional processing time based on stock availability or verification requirements

eAlpha currently provides delivery services across major cities and regions of Nepal. Availability of delivery services may vary depending on vendor location, logistics coverage, and product type.

3. Shipping Methods

Orders placed on eAlpha are delivered through:

  1. Vendor-managed delivery services
  2. Third-party courier and logistics partners
  3. Internal delivery networks (where applicable)

The shipping method is determined based on the vendor, product category, and delivery location.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time may vary depending on location and product type:

  1. Inside Kathmandu Valley: 1–3 business days after dispatch
  2. Major cities outside Kathmandu: 3–7 business days
  3. Remote or rural areas: 5–10 business days or more

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, logistics delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Charges

6. Order Tracking

7. Delivery Attempts

  2. If the customer is unavailable, re-delivery or alternative arrangements may be made
  3. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order return or cancellation (additional charges may apply)

8. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. eAlpha is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

Customers are advised to inspect packages at the time of delivery. If a product is found damaged, missing, or incorrect, it should be reported immediately with supporting evidence for resolution under our Return or Refund Policy.

10. Shipping Delays

12. Order Cancellation After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is generally not possible. Customers may refer to our Return Policy for further options after receiving the product.
